Sarah Perez of ESC is a serious talent. She creates kinetic sculptures, mobiles, light catchers, and wall hangings from metal sheet and tubing. Her work is insanely gorgeous and her heart is insanely kind and altruistic, and I don’t just say that because she is one of my closest friends. Truly, Sarah is a bringer of light metaphorically and literally (check out her light catchers!).
For this shoot we traveled down to Blue Sky Center in Cuyama Valley, making a creatives retreat of it (with Leyna of Urb Apothecary) and stayed in the super adorable Shelton Huts available on HIpcamp & Airbnb. We made these images around the grounds, in the huts, and in the Khalili Cantina which is also on site.
